金秋十月，正值絢麗的國慶假期，浙江誠本軸承滾子有限公司（以下簡稱“誠本”）選派了44名骨干人才及后備人才參加健峰?菁英管理干部特訓營，通過為期三天的體系化管理實戰(zhàn)訓練，助力打造一支高效率、高協(xié)同、高素養(yǎng)的人才梯隊，推動企業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
本次課程內(nèi)容涵蓋了高績效團隊、溝通技巧、現(xiàn)場干部管理知識、精益管理工具等等模塊，參與培訓的每一位都收獲良多，有自己的心得和體會。
